Naauai Inc. Last updated: May 2026

What This Policy Covers

This Cookie Policy explains how Naauai Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Naauai", "we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit www.naauai.com or use the Naauai platform ("the Platform").

It explains what these technologies are, why we use them, and the rights you have to control their use. Read this alongside our Privacy Policy for a full picture of how we handle your information.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website or application when you visit it. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to the site owner about how visitors use the site.

Similar technologies include:

  • Local storage and session storage — browser-based storage mechanisms that can hold more data than cookies and persist differently across sessions
  • Pixel tags / web beacons — tiny invisible image files embedded in pages or emails that signal when content has been loaded or a link has been clicked
  • Device fingerprinting — the collection of device attributes (browser version, screen resolution, time zone, etc.) to create a profile used to recognise returning visitors

When we refer to "cookies" in this policy, we mean all of the above unless stated otherwise.

2. Who Sets Cookies on This Platform?

Two categories of parties may set cookies when you use Naauai:

First-party cookies are set by Naauai directly and are used to operate the Platform and provide our services.

Third-party cookies are set by our service providers and technology partners who help us run the Platform. These parties have their own privacy practices and policies, which we link to where relevant.

4. Cookies in Email Communications

Our emails may include a single transparent pixel that indicates whether an email has been opened and which links have been clicked. This helps us understand the relevance of our communications and manage email frequency.

If you prefer not to be tracked in emails, you can disable image loading in your email client. Note that this will not affect delivery of emails to your inbox.

5. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

5.1 Cookie consent banner

When you first visit the Platform, you will be shown a cookie consent banner. You can accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or customise your preferences by category.

You can update your preferences at any time by clicking the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of any page.

5.2 Browser settings

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can:

  • View cookies stored by each website
  • Block all cookies or only third-party cookies
  • Clear cookies when you close the browser
  • Set exceptions for specific websites

Useful links for common browsers:

Note that blocking all cookies will affect the functionality of the Platform, including your ability to remain logged in.

5.3 Opt-out tools

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

6. Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals to websites. There is currently no universally accepted standard for how websites should respond to these signals. At present, we do not alter our data practices in response to DNT browser signals. We will revisit this position as industry standards develop.

7. Retention

Cookies are retained for the periods shown in the tables above. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device until they expire or you delete them via your browser settings or our cookie preference centre.

We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where the changes are significant, by posting a notice on the Platform.
